| Foltin’s Music Center “Music Lesson information ” • Lessons must be paid for in one month (4 lessons) increments. • • Excused absences must be approved by the instructor. • • Any cancellations due to weather, accident, or an “Act of God” as deemed by the instructor will be excused with no penalty. • • An unapproved absence (such as a “NO SHOW”) will result in a loss of your fee for that week. If it happens to be the last week of your four lesson block, we will attempt to contact you to see if you want to continue. • • Lesson rates: $15 for a half hour, $30 for a full hour. Payments can be made with cash, approved check, or credit card. |
